Job Description
  • Rehab Services Aide will perform designated tasks related to the operation of the Physical and Occupational Therapy department and applicable Speech & Language Pathology. This person is frequently the first contact our customers have with the department and must be able to remain calm in stressful situations and represent the Clinic in a professional manner. The position requires the ability to make decisions consistent with protocols and policies of the department and Clinic always with strict observance of patient confidentiality. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:**

High school diploma or equivalent. **Preferred/Optional:**
Completion of Nursing Assistant course or Healthcare related degree. Education in medical terminology is preferred. **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:**
Computer Experience. **Preferred/Optional:**
Experience with computer scheduling. Experience in physical or occupational therapy departments or other medical field. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._ **Minimum Required:**
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association within three months of hire. **Preferred/Optional:**
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Awarded by the State of Wisconsin.
