Job Description

Responsible to: Occupational Health Manager
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
Pay Range: $17.24 - 25.86

Job Summary:

The Registration Clerk is responsible for scheduling, registration, and associated paperwork of workers from client companies who come in for pre-placement physicals, drug screens, and injury treatments. Provides strong customer service in a fast-paced, high volume medical clinic environment, while assuring accuracy of patient information entry.

Education & License Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Strong keyboarding skills for data entry and experience with Windows based software required. Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, a professional demeanor when dealing with others and the ability to function as a member of a work team.

    Filing, faxing, phone and scheduling backup, credit card processing, cash handling, and assist with mail processing.
