A Day in the life of a Registered Nurse ( RN )

As a Registered Nurse ( RN ) at Cornerstone VNA, you'll enjoy autonomy and independence while caring for patients where they want to be, at home. While working independently, support from your manager and your team is just a phone call away.

At each visit, you'll coordinate the delivery of care and consistently demonstrate competency with your technical nursing skills. By collecting patient health information and providing education, you'll work with the patient to set attainable goals to ensure positive outcomes. Always driven to provide the best care possible, you'll adjust the care plan as needed with the guidance of the patient's physician, your Home Care Team, the patient and their family.

Qualifications

• Current state of New Hampshire RN License or compact state RN license
• Valid driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance
• Proficiency with medical EMR Systems
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (New grad program available as well)
