Solo & Team Company Driver Benefits

  • Team Bonus: up to $20,000 per driver
  • Health, dental and vision insurance after first 30 days
  • Safety Bonus: quarterly review, earn an extra penny for all your miles
  • $3,000 Hire-On Bonus
  • Roadside Inspection Bonus: $100 every clean inspection
  • Teams earn $0.58 RPM to the truck. Each driver will make between $1,600-$1,900/week based on the miles we consistently give.
  • We will match teams
  • Regional drivers get home weekly - Must live within 100 miles of Kansas City, MO; St Louis, MO; Oklahoma City, OK; Omaha, NE; Sioux City, IA; or Wichita, KS
  • Family-owned company: drivers have a face and a name, not just a number
  • 401K with company match
  • Paid time off after 4 months with rollover option
  • OTR drivers are out on average 2-3 weeks
  • Company assistance to help company drivers become independent contractors
  • Referral bonuses: if you come on as a ready-made team, each driver will be eligible for half the team referral bonus as an extra sign-on perk

Truck Driver Opportunities

  • No failed random drug tests, No SAP program participants, nor drug/alcohol issues in a truck
  • No significant accidents in the last 12 months: injury, fatality, or roll-over
  • No more than 2 major violations in the last 12 months: excessive speeding, improper lane changes, and reckless driving
  • At least 1 year of experience, OTR preferred
