Our team of dedicated recruiters are based in our 3 offices: Westlake Village, California, New York and London.

We are looking to hire a number of recent College Graduates and Experienced Recruiters to join our Westlake Village office.

If you have the skills and desire for sales, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. With our training and guidance, you could be earning up to $150k + in 3 years time, with uncapped commission.

Due to an increased client demand we are looking for motivated and ambitious sales individuals to join the team as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the market.
• This is an office-based role
• Client and candidate mapping.
• Full 360 recruiting for new and existing clients
• Sourcing new roles.
• Executing Business Development into new accounts
• Adhering to company values, being a good team player.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Independently motivated.
• A desire for sales
• Team player who is able to work collaboratively.
• Must be dedicated, professional and well-educated.
• Any additional knowledge of one of our sectors would be useful.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and be KPI driven.
