Job Description
Our client in the UK is looking for Recruitment Consultants to work remotely in South Africa


About The Role


You will be working with clients and candidates at mid to senior level in the London market. You will operate your own desk in one of specialist markets and have responsibility for growing this into a successful mini business (with guidance of course).

Key Responsibilities


  • Serves clients, identifies their needs and provides feedback on success of filling jobs
  • Ensures candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service
  • Proactively and consistently strives to identify and obtain new business opportunities
  • Sources suitable vacancies in line with company policies Establishes and agrees terms and conditions of service
  • Develops a strong network of talent
  • Develops and manages client relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Advises clients on a suitable recruitment strategy – advertising/search etc
  • Identifies and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Develops and manages candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Meets sales/NFI targets in line with business plan
