Salary Range

Dependent Upon Qualifications

$25 - 28 hourly

This role is a 0.60 FTE (24 hours per week) and is eligible for the following benefits:

Position Summary

The Recruiter will focus on finding and attracting qualified applicants for open positions. The recruiter will provide ongoing support and guidance to hiring managers with job postings, resume reviews, interviews and other recruitment initiatives. The recruiter will also research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position provides the highest level of customer service and partners with the HR team and others to assess, develop and implement processes, policies and procedures that support the mission, vision and values of Canvas Health.

Work hours flexible, ideally during normal operating business hours. To be discussed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
• At least three years of managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• At least five years of experience with all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
