Job Description
HealthPlus Staffing is looking for sales consultants/healthcare recruiters to join our team. HealthPlus Staffing is a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, providing services to hospitals, clinics, and private practices nationwide. We focus on Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and ancillary staff for both clinical and non clinical roles. We take pride in our vetting abilities and are looking for strong minded individuals who can work independently, and as part of a team.


Job Duties


  • Must communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunities
  • Must be comfortable with negotiating with candidates
  • Ensure that candidate records are accurate and up to date within CRM
  • Source, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to our large database of clients nationwide
  • Average compensation is $120,000+ the vey first year
  • Must possess a professional level of written and oral communication skill
  • Utilize social media to promote our job openings and find new candidates
  • Average commissions per deal
  • Must be able to adapt to challenging situations, and be solution-based oriented


Qualifications


  • Must be goal oriented and organized
  • Must have a computer and cell phone to operate effectively
  • 1+ years in sales selling products or services
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn
  • Ability to meet weekly KPI's
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling and following procedures
  • Creative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of business
  • Knowledge in the medical space is preferred, but not required
