WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Plan and offer varied monthly programs.
• Document participant involvement in activities and revise care plans as needed.
• Conduct an initial assessment of all participants.
• Use group and individual oriented interventions to maximize participants’ cognitive and functional abilities.
• Train staff on new recreational therapy activities and programs.
• Evaluate and implement creative, individualized, and therapeutic activities for participants care plans.
• Schedule a reassessment of all participants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 Year Social Services/Therapeutic recreation/Leisure - Required
• Master's Degree - Preferred
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Required
