Provo Canyon Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed facility, serving the Adolescent, Adult, and Detox/Rehab population and is located in Orem, Utah. CTRS details:

  • Establish behavioral and therapeutic treatment goals
  • Responsible for assessing patients' leisure and recreational activities
  • This is a Full time position, Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
  • Provide age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups
