Job Description
All Roads Company in Dundalk, MD is searching for an outgoing, detail oriented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This role will be the center of communications, assisting customers and acting as a liaison between other departments. The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will be the primary point-of-contact for incoming calls and he or she must provide first-class service to both internal and external customers. What We Offer You! Answer all incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate department Greet guests, internal and external in a polite manner Stock vehicles, order key tags and receive automobile invoices Assist the sales team with paperwork, must be computer literate Assist in making service appointments when needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail/UPS/Fed-Ex packages Prepare professional correspondence as needed All other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver’s License Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Must have excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with regular business hours Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm.
