Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to their destination as well as receive payments for the parts, service, and sales departments.The ideal candidate will have dealership experience and is eager to learn new things!
There are currently two open positions. The available shifts are:
  • Mondays and Wednesdays from 3PM-9PM and alternating Fridays 3PM-9PM with Saturdays 8AM-5PM
OR
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3PM-9PM and alternating Fridays 3PM-9PM with Saturdays 8AM-5PM
Responsibilities
  • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and issue change accurately
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
  • Operate switchboard telephone system
  • Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
  • Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
  • Assist customers both in person and on the telephone
  • Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Qualifications
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management, sales, service, and parts personnel
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite/Google Drive is a plus
