Receptionist for Student Health

Student Health Service - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23003901)
Greets visitors and directs them to appropriate offices and meeting rooms. Answers telephone and inquiries, takes messages, and transfers and refers callers. Manages calendars, operates standard office equipment, and performs a variety of clerical work.
The Student Health Service (SHS) is a fully accredited, comprehensive health care service established exclusively for the students of the University of Pittsburgh. The SHS includes an outpatient clinic with an array of medical services, a full-service pharmacy and multiple health education programs. Under the general supervision of the Administrative Director, receptionist will greet patients and visitors, answers telephones, provides general information and schedules appointments for clinic and health education patients. Will assist with medical records responsibilities when assigned, including release of medical records information, scanning files into Medicat and entering immunization data. Will be expected to perform other general office duties when needed. High school diploma. Experience with computers, keyboard and good typing skills. Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal customer service skills.
