Role Description

This is a Part time or full-time, on-site role for a Recent Architecture Graduate at GBR Architects in Alexandria, VA. The Recent Architecture Graduate will work closely with senior architects in the firm on a range of projects in education, higher-education, religious, and institutional sectors. Day-to-day tasks include design development, coordinating with contractors, preparing construction documents, and creating 3D models.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate both visually and verbally
• Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and convert them to design concepts
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
