We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer (B2B) who will play a crucial role in driving the company's overall brand growth. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content on a daily basis, with bonus points for expertise in crafting compelling copy as well! You'll be at the forefront of developing brand strategies and producing engaging visual content across various platforms such as social media, training presentations, websites, email campaigns, and collateral materials. As the Graphic Designer (B2B), you'll collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team to craft captivating email newsletters for recruits, share the inspiring stories of the company's agents and associates through social media, and assist in other exciting marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

Design is your passion, and you're well-versed in a range of design software, from Adobe Creative Suite to Canva. You consistently research and analyze best practices, optimizing your designs for maximum engagement and brand fidelity. Understanding scale and finding efficiencies in your designs to streamline your efforts comes naturally to you.
You thrive in a fast-paced production environment. A to-do list filled with exciting projects excites you, and you're driven to produce high-quality content regularly. Your upbeat attitude, hunger for success, and ability to learn independently thrive in an environment without micromanagement.

Your Daily Priorities Will Include
Collaborating on creative development, including collateral materials, social media graphics, and email newsletters for the brand.
Meeting with divisional leaders as necessary to discuss their marketing projects.
Developing comprehensive social media, visual content, and website engagement strategies for the corporate brand, as well as for team and agent attraction efforts.
Creating and deploying captivating email campaigns and newsletters, including recruiting campaigns and event promotions for training events.
Designing assets for marketing events like Mega Camp, Family Reunion, and regional events.
Taking a leading role in mentoring and coaching virtual design partners.
Assisting in the development and design of impactful presentations and pitch decks.
Conducting regular visual optimizations for corporate websites.
Designing, developing, and deploying bi-monthly recruiting newsletters and event-based email campaigns.
Responding promptly to interdepartmental marketing requests and delivering completed pieces within 24 hours.
Researching ways to scale visual content development, including the use of AI tools for enhanced scalability.
Making strategic updates to the Intranet as necessary, taking ownership of the overall strategy and updates.
Collaborating with other members of the Marketing team to visually tell the story of the company and the brand.
