Job Description

Law Offices of Sonja B. Selami, P.C. is seeking to hire a professional, organized, and motivated individual who strives in a busy, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in residential real estate law. We are willing to train for the right candidate.


We have four office locations – two Boston offices, Wellesley, and Lexington. Our two Boston offices are located on Boylston Street and Newbury Street. This position will be based in our Newbury Street office, with travel to our other office locations on an as needed basis.


Must be a member of the Massachusetts Bar.


Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing title exams and troubleshooting any possible title issues
  • Conducting closings on behalf of buyers and lenders
  • Drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sale Agreements and various closing documents
  • Working with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth closing processes
