To Oldfather Group it doesn’t matter if you’ve been licensed for 30 days or 30 years, if you want to get into production and be given the leads/training on how to do it…you’ve come to the right place. Agents who join our team are again and again opening 2-3 escrows a month, within their first 60 days on the team…all thanks to the leads that we are able to provide.
In 2022 Oldfather Group closed out the year with 350+ transactions - adding up to over $90m in total volume - the silver lining here for every single agent is that over half that came directly from our lead sources such as Zillow, OpCity, Homelight etc.
Our Expectations From You:
Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
Write purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers.
Stay attentive and available for all your clients consistently.
Update all systems CRM’s with channel partners.
