We have an excellent opportunity for a Concrete Batch Plant Operator in Hermiston Oregon!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must have a positive attitude & able to work safely

Batch wet concrete via computer batch plant control systems

Safely perform all the duties and actively participate in safety programs

Responsible for batch plant equipment and site maintenance

Maintain raw material inventories

Able to operate loader & skid steer in a safe and efficient manner

Ability to manage and train concrete delivery drivers

Compensation:
$31.68 - $34.18/HR

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous ready mix or wet batch plant experience preferred

Must have good organizational, communication, and writing skills

Need basic computer and math skills and a willingness to embrace new technology

Must be able to maintain work flow in area of responsibility

Must be able to handle challenging and difficult situations

Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems are a plus

Must be reliable & dependable and work well with others team members
