Job Title: React UI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React UI Developer to join our team for the Connectcare project. Connectcare is a business services application developed for Steris, a leading medical equipment company specializing in sterilization and surgical products for the US healthcare system. As a React UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of the application, ensuring its seamless user interface and exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and backend developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into robust and scalable React-based user interfaces.

Assist in the design and architecture of the application, ensuring high-quality code, maintainability, and performance.

Develop new features and functionalities using React, .NET, Azure, and microservices.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the application to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.

Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the application meets the required standards of quality and usability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user feedback and iterate on the application to improve its overall functionality and user experience.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React, UI development, and related technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance the application.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on React, developing complex web applications.

Proficiency in React.js and its core principles, along with popular React frameworks and libraries.

Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Experience working with backend technologies, such as .NET and Azure, and familiarity with microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and critically.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Highly adaptable with a strong desire to work in an agile and collaborative setting.
