We are a data driven company, we measure different business KPIs and above all our ability to create impact. You are the business unit’s professional for measuring, understanding and interpreting the collected data.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain dashboards for routine tracking of performance metrics by stakeholders within the organization
• Own all of the product performance measurement and reporting -
• Help stakeholders translate operational concepts and business questions to metrics and help convert them to insights and data driven decisions
• Build and maintain repository of deep-dive analysis building blocks to be reused across multiple scenarios/reports
• Help business teams define KPIs and enable continuous tracking and reporting of these KPIs
• Build and maintain repository of routine performance analysis templates and reports for internal and external routine reporting
• Identify and resolve anomalies/issues/gaps in data

Specific skills and experience that might help:

• Academic level knowledge of statistics (e.g. statistical inference, statistical tests, experiment design)
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in one of the following fields (or similar): statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency in Python, including the following libraries: pandas, numpy, stats, sklearn
• At least three years of experience in a data analysis position
• Experience with cloud data platforms visualizations tools
