POSITION SUMMARY:

OSAM is hiring a Quantitative Developer / Software Developer to join our Research/Quant Technology team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a passion for solving business problems with technology and possess strong programming experience. This position is a hands-on role responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining firmwide research, investment, risk, performance and trading data-rich platform supported by applications, APIs, and visualization tools. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to interface directly with OSAM’s research team and CIO.

We anticipate this position sitting in Stamford, CT or New York, NY with a hybrid work schedule (partially remote), but we may be open to hiring in other geographic locations.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between USD $128,100 - $150,800.
