Description


Duties: Work with partners to build out offers and understand business impact. Determine lift for offers. Determine tier mix for offers. Perform break-even analysis on simulated scenarios. PowerPoint presentations on monthly meetings reviewing complex recent issues. Train new analysts and interns. Write code to pull data for recent offers. Meet with business partners to explain marginal. Build account forecast for product. Support acquisition marketing analytics for different card product to solve for business problems and enable business growth. Perform segmentation analysis and customer profile or audience identification analysis leveraging quantitative analysis techniques. Set up test and control working closely with business execution team. Synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights and perform post implementation performance evaluation. Interact regularly with business units including risk management, finance, costing, and product owners.


Qualifications


Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics Associate, Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, Research Assistant or related ocupation.


Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Alteryx; Tableau; Excel; SQL; SAS; Python; PV and NPV calculations; Determine lift driven by a rich offer; Cost- benefit analysis using Excel; Break-even analysis; Trending and forecasting; Experience using pivot tables; Credit card industry experience; experience with card profitability drivers; and experience normalizing approval rate based on tier mix.


Job Location: 201 N. Walnut St., Wilmington, DE 19801. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
