Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Multi-Family Quality Manager to join the Apache Helicopter Production / Attack Program BDS Total Quality team in Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
• Performs management activities across multiple (two or more) Quality Management Job Families
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
• Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience working in a quality job role
• 5+ years of experience working with Six Sigma techniques
• 5+ Bachelors Degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience managing complex project schedules and managing large scale program and projects
• 5+ years of experience with statistical analysis and process control, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) utilizing six sigma techniques, and familiarization of AS9100 standards
• Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills
• 5+ years of experience directly managing people

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working as a Quality Engineer
• 3+ years of experience with Apache systems
• 3+ years of auditing experience

Summary pay range: $108,800 – $147,200
