Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our Fabrication Centers of Excellence & Site Operations in Mesa, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages, develops and motivates employees
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
• Performs management activities for Non-Destructive Inspection organization
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, quality, or other related field
• Experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation, candidate must be in the immediate work location or be willing to relocate without assistance.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $108,800 – $147,200
