Quality Manager – Doswell, VA
- Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria.
- Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures.
- Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data.
- Interface with Customers to review and confirm quality complaints, and provide related RCFAs and Corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to all environmental, health and safety guidelines.
- Review statistical studies, technological advances, or regulatory standards and trends to stay abreast of issues in the field of quality control.
- Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
- Ability to develop and execute processes to comply with ISO-9001:2015 standards.
- Understanding of all products being produced in facility in relation to all technical data, and performance on customers’ equipment.
- Implement and maintain a QMS - Quality Management System aligned with corporate QMS guidelines.
- Ability to create department key performance Indicators and mentor and develop team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standard operating procedures.
- Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.
- Build and mentor a collaborative, productive, and accountable team.
- Nurture employee engagement to share improvement ideas and operational concerns.
- Coach team members on INDEVCO philosophy, values, and work standards
- Create a working environment focused on employee safety, training, and product quality.
- Conduct performance appraisals.
- Maintain high employee morale by fairly and consistently applying company policies.

- Six sigma certification is preferred.
- Building envelope products, paper or plastics industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC manufacturing leadership experience.
