Quality Manager Jobs

Established Truck body manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Quality Manager at their Booneville, MS plant. Key responsibilities include formulating and maintaining quality control objectives, managing workers engaged in activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, services, and products, developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, and investigating customer complaints regarding quality.

The position requires a technical degree in quality, 5+ years of quality management and/or refuse industry experience, and an MBA is preferred. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to multitask, work well under pressure, be a team player and leader, and work collaboratively with others across functional departments. The candidate must be willing to travel to customer meetings and events, and manufacturing plants, with travel expected to be 50% or less annually, primarily in the US and Canada, and usually for less than a week at a time. General knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
