What You'll Do As a Quality Inspector

• You'll test and inspect vendor materials, in-process materials, and outbound finished products before shipping.
• Document quality issues and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality checks are followed during production.
• Assist other departments in disposing of non-conforming material, including customer returns and supplier rejects.
• Help departments reduce costs and promote continuous improvement with the IMS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001.
• Contribute to a team that values quality, efficiency, and compliance in automotive seat and seating system materials.
• Discuss quality issues and processes with production, managers, supervisors, and engineers.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Need to consistently lift 20 - 50 lbs.
• Be flexible to work overtime on Saturday
• Have a keen eye for details.
• Be capable of visually inspecting and testing materials for quality standards
• Have 1 year of quality experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
