Quality Inspector - Mechanical - Level I

What to expect:

This is a 3-month contract position in which you will be supporting an industry leading Medical device company in San Jose, CA on a Full-Time Basis. You will be part of a global inspection team assuring the quality of components and assemblies that this global aerospace leader is sourcing from one or more suppliers in this area. Once on the team, you will be deployed through SQA’s operations center based on client needs and each supplier’s production schedule.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for performing the visual inspection of finished medical devices and completing all associated documentation. This is a 3 month contract in which you will be supporting on full-time hours.

What you’ll need:

Hands-on inspection experience with Medical Devices or Finished Electronics Products

Be able to read and interpret standard manufacturing drawings based on industry and commodity standards.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

Additional mileage compensation of $0.65 per mile driven to and from the supplier site.
