Job Description
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4 pm Salary: $52,000 / year Seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to assist managers and staff who work in programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and brain injuries maintain compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. The Specialist will have the opportunity to conduct audits online and in person, perform quality monitoring and improvement activities, and train and support staff to use an electronic health record. This is a great entry level position for the college graduate who wants to learn about healthcare compliance while transforming the skills you learned in college into a career. Experience conducting health record reviews, writing detailed reports, conducting investigations, looking at data to improve systems, and providing constructive feedback is a plus.
