Description
JR69794 Quality Improvement Program Manager
Responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more complex multi-faceted cross-functional programs within the Quality Improvement Department. Program managers typically support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of internal cross-functional/external provider-facing projects or initiatives. A program manager may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise/regional program.
How Will You Make An Impact
  • Manages cross-functional stakeholder relationships and partners with corporate and regional business areas.
  • Coordinates training related to the provider-facing program; develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success.
  • Establish and expand on provider partnerships; manages the overall network clinical quality performance and identify opportunities to improve; collaborate with providers to improve performance; manage and implement Quality Improvement provider-facing programs from end-to-end; develop program budget and success metrics; ensure the program meets its stated objectives; and provides subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues.
  • Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.
Minimum Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of Quality Improvement experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experiences
  • Project management and/or Lean Sigma certification preferred.
  • Previous provider experience preferred.
  • Quality Improvement preferred (HEDIS, CAHPS, Medicare Stars, Medicaid PQIP/Shared Savings Programs).
  • Graduate degree in healthcare preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH).
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $125,005 to $150,006.
