Summary:


The Nursing Network Quality Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and ensuring accurate data submitted by field nurses.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)


  • Consult and coordinate with field nurses for error correction
  • Sending notes to pharmacies and/or physician offices upon request OR contracted to do
  • Make adjustments to time, premiums and consult with field nurses for missing forms
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager of Quality
  • Uploading notes onto the software platform
  • Saving notes within the software platform
  • Analyze computer reports for errors from field nurses
  • Answering corporate phone calls

Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1yr of related healthcare quality experience


Basic Qualifications


  • Strong attention to detail within emails
  • Interacts effectively, collaboratively and cooperatively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills within emails
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
  • Answering phones and typing skills


Physical Demand Requirements


  • Ability to work on a personal or laptop computer for extended periods of time

  • Quality systems experience


Due to some state pay transparency laws, below is the minimum pay for the position:


Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.


Minimum pay is $15.70+
