Quality Control Analyst I

As a Quality Control (QC) Analyst I at Celldex Therapeutics, you will be responsible for performing and understanding all tasks associated with Environmental Monitoring in our cleanrooms as well as routine lab work.

Responsibilities

• Database entry for trending programs and data filing.
• Perform the enumeration and identification of microorganisms isolated in the facility.
• Environmental monitoring of air, equipment and surfaces in ISO Class 5, ISO Class 7 and ISO Class 8 clean rooms, including in-process and personnel monitoring.
• Sampling USP Purified Water and Pure Steam systems aseptically.
• Perform microbial bioburden, TOC, Nitrates, and Endotoxin on USP Purified Water/ Pure Steam samples.
• Perform raw material testing according to SOPs, protocols, and USP/EP monographs.
• Create and revise SOPs and Reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with CGMP and aseptic technique preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
• Self-driven, organized, adaptable to change, and can work independently under minimal supervision.
• 0-1 years’ experience in Biotech/Pharma industry.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences/Biology/Chemistry or related discipline.
