Job Description

Job Tittle: QA Systems and Audits Manager

Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid)

Duration: 6-12 Months

This role ensures that global/regional related information and process completion for products, and costumers is accurate and available, provide support to quality team members in document system and SAP; and ensures all systems related implementations, maintained, and improved at all NA plants.

• Strong analytical and communication skills – ability to communicate technical concepts simply to non-technical people.

• Strong quality and statistical background required.

• Exceptional skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Visio

• 5 Years of experience working in quality and costumer related positions.

• Knowledge/ experience in ISO standards/audits preferred 9K, 14K, 45K, 50K.

• Detailed knowledge of SAP and electronic database systems

• BS business management, Industrial engineer, or related. (equivalent/experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, maintain and improve quality/ ISO/customers audit program, any other needed.

• Annual schedule

• Point of contact between the sites and audit companies/ sales/ MKT

• Action tracking

• Include any new request/ need.

• Periodic audit SAP processes for accuracy and consistency

• SFG/FG specifications consistency between P03 and P92 SAP systems.

• Technical information transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites through SAP.

• Steer corrective action as needed.

• Manage North America HCB consumer Documented Information Systems.

• Maintain document control to assure organization, version control and workflow processes meet global client standards, others as needed.

• Manage access requests.

• Train new personnel in the system

• Any system transition/ implementation

• Lead all system project implementations, e.g., Apps, process, document, audit, systems.

• Identify and implement improvement projects for the region.

• Create and obtain approval for quality purchase orders.

• Other duties as assigned
