Skechers Digital is looking for an individual with aspiration to become a Salesforce expert. This position is for a Quality Assurance Engineering Lead – Automation & Manual to coordinate & communicate with QA Team on Global E-commerce, Loyalty and Native App. The successful candidate will work to establish processes consistent with digital best practices by establishing operational KPI's, reporting, alerts, communicate plans and status to team members and stakeholders, manage incoming incidents and triage and other day-to-day interactions as needed to keep projects moving

This role will report to the Director of Quality Assurance and Product Support and will become part of a core Digital program team delivering production support to accelerate business growth for Skechers USA.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

• Will be responsible for being the single point of contact for QA and managing the test team (internal / Vendor resources).
• Looking for decent/fairly good expertise around mobile automation (Appium Scripts) and should have worked around Appium test scripts support and maintenance.
• Looking for a Quality Assurance Lead – Automation & Manual (4-8 years of experience) with strong hands-on experience primarily on Selenium with JavaScript, Java, and Appium (secondary).
• Planning Test cycles and test coverage for releases by collaborating with the PM & Dev team.
• Has the capability to design, create and enhance automation frameworks around the web and mobile applications focused on Selenium scripts and frameworks.
• This candidate would be performing and leading test manual and automation activities/teams to maintain and expand test for various web products with the client.
• Research and select the appropriate automation software, automation framework, coverage, and future use.
• Responsible for defect tracking, defect reporting in JIRA and defect reproducing and Maintaining defect status and tracking project progress in Zephyr.
• Able to clearly and effectively document, report.
• The client has the existing test scripts written in Selenium using JavaScript and this person is expected to learn those scripts, fix them, maintain and expand.
• Work closely with Engineering Management, Product Team, Developers, and users to identify testing requirements for web and mobile applications.
• Responsible for manual and automated testing of both the web and mobile applications, including UI, functionality, usability, integration, and data testing.
• This candidate who can work fairly independently, determining what needs to be accomplished and coming up with a project/test plan primarily focusing on expanding the web automation product lines and practices.
• Has the ability to create and maintain automation scripts for web, mobile (Android & IOS), and APIs using REST.
• Attending Agile meetings (Daily scrum meeting/ Sprint planning/ Backlog refinement) on assigned projects to update the status of the testing and call out the blockers for the project.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• Good understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes
• Experience writing and debugging automated tests
• Experience building a test automation framework
• 4-8 years experience with Automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Jmeter (Selenium experience is required)
• Experience on Jira, Servicenow, Confluence.
• Good understanding of JSON, XML data formats
• Ability to create test for API's and automate them
• Experience creating functional libraries using page object model
• Skilled programming in Java
• DIGITAL/ECOMMERCE experience required
• An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
• Hands on experience on GITHUB, SQL
• Working with any database automation tools
• Solid experience in WEB UI and middleware testing
• Designing the automation framework
• Knowledge of various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, and load testing
• Strong Java and Selenium WebDriver experience
• Experience creating the test report using Junit, TESTING
• 3-6 years experience leading a team of software testers and automation engineers
• 4-8 years of experience in providing quality engineering for eCommerce websites.

Pay range for this position is $85,000 - $160,000 per year.
