Job Duties
This position is an integral part of the Risk and Quality Management department and offers growth potential for the right candidate. As a member of the team, the Quality Assurance Coordinator will provide performance improvement services to the organization including, leading, consulting, and supporting continuous improvement activities, initiatives, and programs. They will be charged with using process and performance improvement methods, tools, and techniques to analyze data and processes. The incumbent will incorporate best practices and learning into innovative solutions to address organization improvement challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, accreditation, and regulatory agency standards
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including intermediate and advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of performance improvement principles, methodologies, and evaluation
- The ideal candidate has working:
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge and ability to collect, organize, analyze and present data to support decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, organize, plan, and prioritize work assignments
- Demonstrated experience in report writing and presentations
- Bachelors degree in a healthcare related field

These positions are hourly/wage and not eligible for benefits. Hourly (wage) employees may not work more than 29 hours a week and are limited to working 1500 hours in a year.
