Job Title: QA Analyst

Work location: Wilmington, DE 19801

Hybrid schedule - M, T and Th in office

Top must haves:

- Candidates should have actual experience with SQL, 3+ years and queries created by them and not by dev.

- min. 2 years testing experience

· Participate in the development of processes and approaches according to standards.

· Assist in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing / validation strategies and ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans.

· Work with the business to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.

· Providing testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas.

· Managing defects to monitor and report on defect resolution.

· Designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts and assisting in creation of manual test scripts

Pay Range: $44 - $46 W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
