Primary Purpose
Simon is seeking a high performing Quality Assurance professional to join our Information Services group. You will be part of a collaborative and experienced Project Delivery team, responsible for validating business critical software solutions that enable our market leading company. You will apply strong technical skills in a hands-on approach to testing solutions and will become a key part of advancing our test planning, tracking, and execution methods. Principal Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Perform technical and process analysis in support of the Functional Lead
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills required in interviewing and conveying information between users and technical staff
• Conduct and or coordinate testing for custom and vendor software
• Work closely with application developers and business analysts in performing comprehensive software testing, including quality assurance testing of databases, integrations, functionality and documentation
• Create various types of reference documentation such as user, technical, and operations guides
• Demonstrate understanding of the System Development Life Cycle and general project methodologies
• Maintain consistent testing standards
• Provide technical support to IS and other departments, as required
• Assist the business in the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing
• Provide detailed status of the overall quality effort to the Project Manager
• Responsible for generating test plans, test scripts and documenting test results

Minimum Qualifications

• Good understanding of Company business and industry
• Ability to work with all groups of Company employees and consultants
• Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience
• Knowledge of Atlassian products preferred.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills regarding identifying potential points of application failures
• Extensive experience with SAAS and on-premise software applications
