Job Description

QA Analyst


QUAD is seeking a QA Analyst for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Swedesboro, NJ.



The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs, current manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities of the QA Analyst

  • Completing production investigations reviews and approvals
  • Maintaining products and equipment QA database
  • Performing, writing, and reviewing quality investigations
  • Conducting lab sample results and manufacturing records review
  • Managing conditional/final release of materials
  • Overseeing assigned areas cGMP compliance
  • Reviewing, approving, and documenting executed and master production records
  • Creating and reviewing product, equipment, and computerized systems assessments, validations, and qualifications documents



Requirements of the QA Analyst

  • 3-5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing audit experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • CGMP knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or Chemistry
  • Microsoft Office, SAP, and WinLIMS proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent project management abilities

Salary: $95k + bonus
