We are seeking a QA Tester to join our software development program for NIH ServiceNow implementation efforts.
This is a 100% REMOTE position.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the management and deployment of applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results.
• Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of automated testing environments with a focus on continuous testing.
• Document and track defects and tests in JIRA
• Analyze requirements and technical design documents for use cases/user stories, create test cases, and perform impact analysis on the existing framework.
• Build automation framework and re-usable automation tests/test scripts.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain automated functional test cases and other test artifacts, including test data and data verification.
• Analyze and resolve automation-related problems by coordinating with the team to diagnose and fix issues.
• Support automated and/or manual testing of the software application, including writing test cases, running test frameworks and scripts, and creating test reports.

Work Experience

• Testing in ServiceNow implementation environments is strongly preferred
• Experience creating test plans for code promotion through tiered environments
• 3-5 Years of experience in writing UI automated tests
• Experience in manual testing APIs
• Experience writing automated APIs testing

Job Skills

• Willingness to learn, evolve and multi-task.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Office, etc.
• Ability to convert business requirements into testable artifacts
• Comprehensive problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related medical, scientific, or technical discipline required.

Certificates, Licenses And Registrations

• Ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Any related Certification on Testing/QA Automation is desired.

Communication Skills

• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Solid ability to interface, inspire and motivate at various levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.

Travel

• No Travel Requirements.

Environmental Requirements

• Flexible in working extended hours.
• Mainly sedentary; in an office environment. May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
