What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tesla Bot QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our robotic systems through daily testing and analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a diligent approach to testing and QA. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for the field of robotics and a strong desire to contribute to the development of Tesla Bot. What You’ll Do

• Clearly communicate test results, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Perform regular and thorough quality assurance testing to identify any functional, performance, or usability issues
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process
• Execute defined test cases, record & analyze test results to provide detailed reports
• Maintain thorough records of test results, including test logs, screenshots, and videos
• Collaborate on root cause analysis and propose appropriate solutions or workarounds to address identified issues
• Document and report any defects or issues
• Work closely with the development team to identify, track, and prioritize issues
• Perform regular regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and that new changes/features have not introduced any unintended side effects

What You’ll Bring

• Familiarity with various testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and writing reports/documentation
• Proven experience in software or robotics quality assurance testing
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; day/night shifts with the ability to work 1 day per weekend
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software, mechanical experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Terminal experience (running scripts, flashing software, etc) preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills & strong written and verbal communication skills

Expected Compensation
$18.00 - $52.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
