Accertify is growing and we are looking to add a (QA) Test Manager to our global fraud-fighting team.


How will you make an impact in this role?

The (QA) Test Manager will use their software testing background and excellent analytical skills to assist in the development and improvement of our suite of manual and automated tests. This will ultimately lead to significant enhancements to our industry-leading applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans, testing resource requirements, and scheduling of testing activity
  • Work closely with software developers, QA testers, and product owners to define our testing suite and refine our testing methodologies
  • Work with our QA contractors, Lead Developers, Release Managers, and the Director of Software Development to test our product offerings
  • Work with our Operations teams to maintain our QA environments and enhance our CI/CD pipeline
  • Designs, monitors, and analyzes metrics program reporting for quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in requirement gathering and design sessions
  • Manage the relationship with our outside QA vendors
  • Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing, Continuous Deployment, and Continuous Integration technologies
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability to write test cases, run functional, automated, or performance tests, and manage defects highly preferred
  • Development experience in Java, JavaScript or Python is preferred but not required
  • Experience with defining and driving QA strategy and processes across multiple applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience highly preferred

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
