Key Accountabilities


  • Directly supporting the QA Manager
  • Reports on requirements traceability of test execution
  • Oversees test plans, and runs manual and automated testing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Enforcing security and PHI compliance in non-production regions
  • Partnering with project stakeholders to define quality hand-off standards
  • Develops test strategies from detailed business requirements, including process workflows
  • Delivers automated dashboards of QA metrics, including test execution and defect statistics
  • Coordinates business users to perform UAT


Qualifications


  • Experience with reporting tools and delivering insightful metrics to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of test management toolsets such as Jira
  • Highly organized and able to manage information and schedules in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • Familiarity with BCBSMA enrollment & claims business processes and systems
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, including Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and technical designs
  • 5+ years of related experience in healthcare analyzing technical systems
  • College degree in related technical area

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.


This job is also eligible for variable pay.
