Qa Specialist (Remote) Jobs

Compensation Range: $28 - 35 per hour

Our client is looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to their bench for ad hoc projects. This person will be responsible for proofing links for new website creations, as well as testing links and proofing content on website to ensure everything is brand specific. This will be a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates.
• Ability to make minor updates to projects as needed.
• Assist in developing and maintaining QA documentation.
• Write clear, concise and complete feedback.
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
• Ensure that deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with team members with the goal of reducing errors/issues.
• Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Jira.
• Able to effectively perform multiple/concurrent tasks within deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Basic knowledge of web development, HTML5 and CSS3.
• 3+ years of professional QA experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Excellent time management skills.
• Education: Bachelors
• Demonstrated knowledge of web usability and best practices.
