The Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting public area for the guests, according to hotel and LHW standards.

• Clean, mop and vacuum the floors of all public areas and restrooms
• Clean Business Centre and replenish supplies
• Dust, clean, polish furniture, doors, mirrors
• Assist with refreshing guestrooms upon request
• At least 2 years' related experience in a full-service or luxury hotel
• Ability to understand and speak English and follow verbal and written instructions
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to operate housekeeping equipment - vacuum, mop, broom, washing machine, dryer
• Check restrooms continuously to ensure cleanliness; restock supplies
• Maintain a professional and cordial demeanor
• Maintain a clean and tidy pool area, ensuring chair cushions and towels are set out daily
• Must be able to work assigned shifts - AM, PM, weekends and holidays
• Be respectful of guests privacy
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods, use both hands, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, push, pull up to 70 lbs
• Provide warm, engaging and personalized service
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
• Clean billiard room and fitness centre; replenish supplies
• Assist with guest requests
• Ensure the lobby, elevators and public areas are kept in immaculate condition
• Perform other duties as assigned
