Job Description

The successful candidate for this position must live in or around the Pittsburgh, PA area. Although largely remote, travel to and from providers/partners will be required throughout Allegheny County.

Provider Relations Manager


Description


As Provider Relations Manager at DynamiCare Health, you will report to the Director of Provider Relations.You will be involved in all departments within the Clinical Department, including:

  • Enrollment - At the onset of a customer relationship you will develop relationships with stakeholders to identify communication channels for member recruitment, referral pathways, and staff training needs. You will develop and support workflows to assist the programs that you support with getting started in the DynamiCare program. You will be able to perform all Enrollment functions, will perform “on site” enrollments when needed, and will serve as a back you to the Department when necessary.
  • Provider Account Management - As the primary provider-facing point of contact for the company, youwill serve to engage potential provider partners and drive recruitment
  • Member Support (Customer Support) - you will serve as a liaison between providers and the Customer Support Department.


You will work with partners across all business units that DynamiCare supports including treatment programs, sober living programs, healthcare systems, criminal justice organizations, government organizations, employer organizations, and health insurance organizations to plan, execute, and put our program into practice. You will develop and implement workflows to support the entire member lifecycle, from the initial awareness marketing campaign, to educating potential members about the benefits our solution offers, to recruitment and enrollment, and finally continued use of the program.


To be successful in this role, you will use your strong communication and relationship management skills with all DynamiCare stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of our solution and provide troubleshooting as needed. When working with providers, you will leverage your experience working with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure there is seamless integration of our solution into the clinical environment. You present outcomes metrics on a regular basis internally, and play a role in interpreting results, writing written reports, and delivering presentations to key decision makers at various milestones throughout projects/contracts.


While this job is largely remote, some travel to and from providers/partners will be required regionally.


Job Responsibilities


  • Participate as an active member of the Clinical Team.
  • Provide training to provider partners specific to utilization of the provider portal and referral pathways
  • Maintain open communication with referring providers and address needs as they arise.
  • Serve as an “Account Manager” for various programs by evolving and managing the program design, program launch, staff/provider training, reference documentation (which outlines workflows, roles and responsibilities, timelines, and data reporting), and ongoing member engagement in the program. As the main point of contact for multiple accounts you will also be responsible for ensuring the success of each project with respect to timely recruitment, member utilization, and ultimately the clinical outcomes.
  • Provide back-up to the Enrollment Department, including completion of “on-site” enrollments as needed.
  • Serve as liaison between each provider and DynamiCare
  • Work with the Operations Team in order to configure the technology platform for new implementations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Audit Member accounts and referral tracker (by account) weekly.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date enrollment workflows consistent with requirements of specific implementations.
  • Audit Member accounts (by provider) monthly to maintain awareness of Member progress and identify any opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with treatment providers and meet with them in order to provide education on the DynamiCare suite of services, and how it may benefit their members.
  • While this position is primarily remote, approximately 40% travel within Allegheny County will be required for relationship management purposes, implementation training, conferences, business development, and other duties as necessary.
  • Work with the CEO, VP of Growth, and Director of Provider Relations to engage with potential treatment provider partners in your identified region (and as assigned).
  • Pull and distribute monthly reporting per requirements of individual provider contracts.
  • Meet with providers on a regular basis to collaborate related to member care and to drive recruitment.
  • Assist providers in identifying members who are eligible for referral.


Qualifications


  • Ability to effectively work with a wide variety of individuals who struggle with substance use, whether mild or more severe.
  • Previous experience (2+ years) working in the SUD (addictions) profession
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders; if in recovery, at least 2 years of sustained recovery
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • An active Counseling License (OMSAS) or Substance Use Disorder Certification (Pennsylvania Certification Board) is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and high attention to detail


Compensation Range : $50,000-$65,000/yr
