The ideal candidate should be a proactive self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and efficiently, while also engaging closely with Operations Project Teams, Clark Executives, Subcontractors, and Owners./spanbr /br /spanWe are looking for a Construction Project Scheduler to use their experience and ability to support planning scheduling efforts on multiple projects primarily focused on Water / Wastewater projects. They are also expected to contribute to Corporate Initiatives including, but not limited to, training development and delivery, data analytics, trend identification and reporting./span/pp/ppspanResponsibilities Include (but are not limited to):/span/pullipspanUnderstand and implement accepted Planning
Scheduling Best Practices /span/p/lilipspanAnalyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation and acceptance of usable Baseline schedules for construction./span/p/lilipspanMonitor multiple project schedules being developed and updated by Operations staff and provide guidance as necessary./span/p/lilipspanInteract with the Operations team and represent Clark and its partners in the best manner to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives./span/p/lilipspanSupport the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management and present to selection committees if required./span/p/lilipspanUtilize analytics to identify and report on project trends./span/p/lilipspanEffectively cost and manpower load schedules for use during the execution of the project./span/p/lilipspanEvaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan./span/p/lilipspanAnalyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule./span/p/lilipspanPrepare Time Impact Analyses per recommended practices by commonly accepted standards./span/p/lilipspanTravel to project sites./span/p/lilipspanDevelop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University/span/p/lilipspanCritique, create, and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures. /span/p/lilipspanBe responsible for special projects and other departmental duties as necessary./span/p/li/ulpbr /spanBackground Requirements:/span/pullipspanUndergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline./span/p/lilipspan3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects including Water / Wastewater./span/p/lilipspanProven success implementing strategic initiatives./span/p/lilipspanDetail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance./span/p/lilipspanSkilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams./span/p/lilipspanHigh degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity./span/p/lilipspanAdvanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software./span/p/li/ulp/ppspanAttributes That Will Help You Be Successful/span/pullipspanLearning Agility/span/p/lilipspanCommunication skills to relate to people at all levels./span/p/lilipspanPatience/span/p/lilipspanAdaptability/span/p/lilipspanAbility to identify motivations of others.Ability to bring out other people’s potential and talents/span/p/li/ulp/ppspan#GDbr /-CK2 /span/p
