Position Overview

As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing wastewater and land development projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and effectively. Depending on the position, you may lead project teams, mentor junior staff, or provide technical expertise to drive high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and environmental standards throughout project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in project management best practices and technical aspects of the projects.
• Effectively manage project risks, identify challenges, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Foster strong client relationships, maintaining open communication and providing regular project updates.
• Lead and manage wastewater and land development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and closely monitor project progress and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

For Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in wastewater and land development projects.

For Technical Manager roles:

• Previous experience providing technical guidance and support on complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Extensive technical expertise in wastewater treatment processes and/or land development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus for all positions.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for these positions ranges from $105,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on the level of the role and the candidate's experience and qualifications. Location
