Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project change requests, and ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations, including FAR/DFARS, CPFF, ITAR/EAR, and other applicable regulations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential impacts.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Experience with government contracts, including FAR/DFARS, CPFF, ITAR/EAR, and other applicable regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in project management in the manufacturing industry.
