Project Manager-Finance Jobs

Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing basic projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF’s new product introduction management process requirements, is responsible to lead project over their lifetime as shown by the following process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.

What you can look forward to as a Project Manager:

• Manage the customer interface from award through post launch phases.
• Manage projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF's new product introduction management process requirements.
• Monitor progress of projects through internal reviews, participate in team meetings and assist where needed, resolve escalated issues internally and with the customer.
• Support existing programs that have major changes directed by the customer and participate in VAVE cost reduction activities.
• Supports special projects in temporary basis working with other areas (Sales, Engineering, Operations, supply management).
• Supports cross functional activities to develop annual budget planning (R&D, Recovery, Sales) and reports related to it for management review and approval.
• Interface with all areas affected by the project, ensure successful integration of all project work products.

Your profile as a Project Manager:

• 3+ years of experience in Automotive Industry product development with at least 4 years of project management experience.
• Experience with SAP, CPlace, Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Finance experience desired.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s in business, finance, engineering or related technical field required.
