Job Description

Contract Duration: 12 Months


:

The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.


Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and regularly report out status to relevant stakeholders.

Design and develop reports/data visualizations based on stakeholder requirements.

Develop and execute comms approach to ensure leaders and stakeholders are informed regularly.

• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.

• Confer with management and broader team to discuss project specifications and procedures.

Consolidate data and process related requests from NetZero team, partner with relevant stakeholders (sourcing managers, supplier management, contracts, supplier connect) and drive completion. For example, identifying eligible suppliers for next round of engagement, sustainability template for supplier business reviews, supplier sustainability standards incorporation into supplier connect etc.

Emissions data analytics and reporting: Leverage the existing supplier emission data (actual and estimates), develop reporting to highlight supplier engagement process. Partner with supplier management team and NZ team to build a supplier emission, target commitment and action plan profile.

Support creation of S2P sustainability business engagement and commitment model for high impact spend categories i.e. Global outsourcing and professional services, Sales and Marketing, Tech and Telecom.

Support S2P sustainability efforts to integrate NZ engagement tool with supplier connect and support tooling efforts on S2P roadmap.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

• Strong knowledge of project management

• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Tableau etc.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
